Thank you for taking my advice (as harsh as it may have been) and providing the lengths of the bracelets. Now I can place my order as originally intended and my faith in the org has been restored.
For those who are confused by sizing, I checked the ITo website where they sell similar bracelets for other organizations and found this size info: Bracelets come in three sizes, women's (6.7"), men's (7.75"), and one size fits most (7.5"). I am ordering the small.
Maybe Farm Sanctuary could edit its item description to include this info!
I just received my bracelet in the mail today and I love it! It fits really well (I have small wrists so went with the sz small), it is very comfortable and looks just like the photo. I would definitely recommend it.
I think the bracelet is very cute. I plan to guess my size - not really a big deal. And I am not feeling doubtful about Farm Sanctuary's legitimacy based on lack of proper bracelet sizing! But laughing, so thanks...
No actual 'size' of the bracelet is NOT available. Small-Medium-Large does not mean much
After seeing this bracelet i really wanted to order one for myself and one for someone else, however, sizes listed as small, medium and large make little to no sense as this is subjective.
I called a CSR who was unable to provide me with the exact length of the small, med, large (of course this was not his fault). I cannot understand why this is such a difficult task.
I did ask facetiously if I order a size and it does not fit well, what do I do? send it back for another size? I was told yes this is an option. Not for anything, wouldn't it make MUCH more sense to simply measure the darn thing and state it is 5", 6" or whatever the case may be? I mean seriously, who wants the trouble of mailing back and forth, and who is going to pay the postage each time? it would be a terrible waste of my time, as well as a terrible waste of the time of the farm sanctuary member or whomever is processing these orders.
Please, consider taking a simple good old fashioned ruler and measuring the length of this bracelet and informing a potential buyer. Unfortunately now there will be two less bracelets sold to be worn and exposed to the public eye. Hence, that much less exposure of the bracelet leads to that much less exposure of Farm Sanctuary.
I really hate the fact that I am beginning to question whether or not Farm Sanctuary is a legit organization who is out for helping the animals or are they out for helping themselves. What a shame. I've lost so much respect for your organization because of a foolish little mistake like not premeasuring an item for sale.
