I am a monthly member of Farm Sanctuary and this adoption event is a wonderful way to help support all the work they do to save animals injured, dying or bound for slaughter from the cruel business of factory farming. I adopted Paula in honor of my dear mother who passed away at 94 years of age three years ago. My mom always understood my desire to be dairy free and meat free and always supported my efforts to spread the word about the horrors of factory farming. So Paula the barren cow will have a very close presence in my heart. I hope to visit her in the summer of 2022 and get one of her sloppy cow kisses!
