Griffin is a charmer, sweet and social. Tutu is talkative and charismatic. Galadriel is demure, but an adventurous explorer at heart. Brunnhilde is a helpful friend who loves to be involved in whatever’s happening. While they each have very different personalities, they certainly have one thing in common. They are each cherished members of our Farm Sanctuary family—and ambassadors for the 46 million turkeys lost to Thanksgiving each year.

• A beautiful adoption certificate—your choice of digital or print—featuring a photo and details about your adopted turkey.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All donors will receive one digital certificate (in both PDF and JPG formats) for the turkey(s) they adopt, along with graphics and a video to share on social media.
• Digital certificates are sent via email overnight on the day your order is placed.
• Your digital certificate will be sent after your order has been processed. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.
• Print certificates are sent via USPS First Class Mail and are not trackable.
  • You will receive the print version by mail and the digital version via email.
  • Please allow 10 business days for mail delivery. They are mailed separately from all other shop items.
  • We are only able to ship to a single address per order.
    • If you need to send adoption certificates to multiple addresses, please submit separate orders.
    • Your billing information can be saved by creating an account with us during checkout or by going to our Registration Page.

Each year, 46 million turkeys are slaughtered for Thanksgiving in the United States. Most spend their lives in severe crowding and confinement behind the closed doors of animal factories that treat these living, feeling birds like commodities—and, like all farmed birds, turkeys are excluded from even the most basic legal protections.

Turkeys deserve kindness. That’s why, since 1986, Farm Sanctuary’s Adopt a Turkey Project has encouraged people to symbolically adopt a turkey at Thanksgiving. By highlighting turkeys' unique personalities and intelligence while also revealing the abuse they face in an exploitative food system, this beloved campaign has reached millions of people with a message of compassion.
